Estas Condiciones rigen tu uso de Ratico (la «app»), operada por Fire Tower Games. Al crear una cuenta o usar la app, las aceptas.
Ratico se llamó antes Coffee Pilot. Es la misma app y el mismo responsable; solo cambió el nombre.
Debes tener al menos 13 años. Si eres menor de edad, necesitas autorización de tu representante legal. El acceso es exclusivamente mediante una cuenta de Google válida.
Eres responsable de la actividad en tu cuenta y de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta de Google. Avísanos si detectas un uso no autorizado.
Conservas la titularidad de lo que publicas: momentos, fotos, videos, notas, lugares y raticos. Al publicarlo nos otorgas una licencia mundial, no exclusiva y gratuita para alojarlo y mostrarlo dentro de la app y su comunidad, con el único fin de operar el servicio. Declaras que tienes derecho a compartir lo que subes.
Te comprometes a no publicar contenido ilegal, ofensivo, que infrinja derechos de terceros o que dañe la comunidad. No puedes usar la app para spam, acoso, suplantación ni para vulnerar la seguridad del servicio. Podemos retirar contenido o suspender cuentas que incumplan.
Cualquier persona puede reportar un contenido o bloquear a otra desde la propia app.
Ratico no cobra por nada y no tiene planes de pago, suscripciones ni funciones bloqueadas. Si en algún momento existe un enlace de apoyo voluntario, será exactamente eso: una propina que no desbloquea nada.
Un ratico es un encuentro que organiza una persona de la comunidad en una cafetería. Quien lo crea puede fijar un cupo máximo y confirmar la asistencia escaneando un código QR en el lugar.
Ratico es solo el medio para anunciarlos y coordinarlos. No organizamos los encuentros, no verificamos a quienes asisten y no somos responsables de lo que ocurra en ellos. Usa el mismo criterio que usarías al quedar con alguien que conociste por internet.
La app, su marca, diseño y código pertenecen a Fire Tower Games. No puedes copiarlos ni explotarlos sin autorización, salvo lo permitido por la ley.
Trabajamos para mantener la app disponible, pero puede haber interrupciones o cambios. Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar funciones en cualquier momento. Si retiramos una función que estabas usando, lo diremos en las notas de la versión.
La app se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida permitida por la ley, Fire Tower Games no será responsable por daños indirectos o incidentales derivados del uso de la app.
Puedes dejar de usar la app y eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras, desde Perfil → Eliminar cuenta. Al hacerlo se eliminan tu perfil y todos los momentos que publicaste.
Algunos archivos asociados y las reacciones vinculadas a esos momentos se eliminan en un proceso aparte. Si quieres que se complete de inmediato, escríbenos y lo hacemos en un plazo máximo de 30 días. El detalle está en Borrar mi cuenta.
Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estas Condiciones.
Estas Condiciones se rigen por las leyes de la República de Colombia. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los jueces competentes de Medellín, Colombia.

These Terms govern your use of Ratico (the "app"), operated by Fire Tower Games. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
Ratico used to be called Coffee Pilot. Same app, same operator — only the name changed.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor, you need your legal guardian's authorisation. Access is only through a valid Google account.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Tell us if you notice unauthorised use.
You keep ownership of what you publish: moments, photos, videos, notes, places and gatherings. By publishing it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the app and its community, for the sole purpose of operating the service. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.
You agree not to publish illegal or offensive content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that harms the community. You may not use the app for spam, harassment, impersonation, or to compromise the security of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Anyone can report content or block another person from inside the app.
Ratico charges for nothing. There are no paid plans, no subscriptions and no locked features. If a voluntary support link ever exists, it will be exactly that: a tip that unlocks nothing.
A gathering is a meet-up organised by someone in the community at a café. Whoever creates it may set a maximum capacity and confirm attendance by scanning a QR code at the venue.
Ratico is only the means to announce and coordinate them. We do not organise gatherings, we do not vet who attends, and we are not responsible for what happens at them. Use the same judgement you would use meeting anyone you met online.
The app, its brand, design and code belong to Fire Tower Games. You may not copy or exploit them without authorisation, except as permitted by law.
We work to keep the app available, but there may be interruptions or changes. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. If we remove a feature you were using, we will say so in the release notes.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Fire Tower Games is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you want, from Profile → Delete account. Doing so removes your profile and every moment you published.
Some associated files and the reactions attached to those moments are removed by a separate process. If you want it completed straight away, write to us and we will do it within 30 days at most. The detail is on Delete my account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia.
